Guest checkout is permitted.
2. Products & Accuracy
Product details are displayed as accurately as possible; however, slight variations (e.g., colors) may occur.
Prices, descriptions, and availability may change without notice.
Orders may be cancelled in case of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.
3. Payments
We accept payments securely via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, etc.).
We do not store card/payment details.
4. Intellectual Property
All content (logos, text, images, designs) belongs to Sobabu.
Products are for personal use only. Resale is prohibited.
5. Liability & Indemnity
Once dispatched, Sobabu is not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by courier partners.
We disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Customers agree to indemnify Sobabu against misuse of website/products.
6. Governing Law
Governed by the laws of India.
Disputes subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai courts.
