These policies are issued by LUMIBE CREATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED.

We currently ship orders only within India.

Origin: All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Borivali, Mumbai – 400092.

Courier Partner: We use Shiprocket to allocate delivery partners.

Charges: Shipping charges apply on all orders. These are displayed at checkout.

Delivery Timelines:

Metro cities: 3–7 working days

Non-metro: 5–10 working days

Timelines may vary based on courier availability.

Tracking: Customers will receive tracking details via email/SMS once shipped.

Delays: In case of courier delays due to weather, strikes, or festivals, we will inform customers based on updates from Shiprocket.

Coverage: Orders will only be shipped to pin codes serviced by Shiprocket.
