Shipping policy

These policies are issued by LUMIBE CREATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED.

We currently ship orders only within India.

Origin: All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Borivali, Mumbai – 400092.

Courier Partner: We use Shiprocket to allocate delivery partners.

Charges: Shipping charges apply on all orders. These are displayed at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD):

COD orders require a 30% confirmation payment at the time of order confirmation. The remaining order value is payable at the time of delivery.
For COD orders with Express Shipping, the confirmation payment will include 30% of the order value plus the applicable Express Shipping charge.
Once an order has been dispatched, the confirmation payment and shipping charges are non-refundable if the shipment is refused, not accepted, or returned to us due to customer unavailability or incomplete or incorrect delivery information.
If delivery cannot be completed due to an issue attributable to Sobabu or our delivery partner, the confirmation payment will be refunded.
Orders successfully delivered remain eligible under our standard 15-day Return Policy.

Delivery Timelines:

Timelines may vary based on courier availability.

Tracking: Customers will receive tracking details via email/SMS once shipped.

Delays: In case of courier delays due to weather, strikes, or festivals, we will inform customers based on updates from Shiprocket.

Coverage: Orders will only be shipped to pin codes serviced by Shiprocket.
