While we maintain strict hygiene standards, we are committed to making your experience smooth, transparent, and supportive whenever you need assistance.

1. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, you can still request to cancel, and we will notify our logistics partner to cancel the delivery.

If you need help with a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.

2. Returns

We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery.

3. Easy Return Process

We’ve kept the process simple and stress-free:

  1. Raise a Request
    Email us at carecrew@sobabu.com with:

    • Order number

    • Product details

    • Reason for return

    • Clear images (if applicable)

  2. Quick Review
    Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.

  3. Pickup Arrangement
    Once approved, we will arrange a pickup through our logistics partner within 2–3 working days.

  4. Quality Check
    After the product reaches us, a quick quality check will be conducted.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return passes the quality check, your refund will be initiated.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • You can expect the refund to reflect within 5–7 working days after initiation.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

  • Our team will reach out to collect your bank account details securely.

  • Refunds will be processed via bank transfer.

5. Replacements

If you would prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we’ll be happy to assist.

  • Replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery

  • Subject to product availability

6. Return Shipping

  • Sobabu will arrange and cover the cost of return shipping for all eligible returns.

  • Please ensure the product is handed over securely to the pickup partner.
