Cancellations & Refunds

These policies are issued by LUMIBE CREATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED.

1.⁠ ⁠Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

2.⁠ ⁠Returns

Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery if:

The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

The product is defective or has hygiene-related issues.

3.⁠ ⁠Refunds & Replacements

Customers may request a full refund (original payment method) or a replacement.

Refunds are processed within 7 working days of return approval.

4.⁠ ⁠Return Shipping

Sobabu will bear return shipping costs for eligible returns.

5.⁠ ⁠Non-Returnable Items

Used, damaged, or unpackaged items are not eligible for return/refund.
